SoulKids is our young people’s programme, catering for preschool Lil’Souls to teenagers in our Junior Team. Using an innovative and fun approach, our b/spoke programme is a tailored cycling and personal development programme where we engage and excite young people through cycling.
SoulKids might hit some air at a skate park or get competitive during a SoulRace all in an environment which builds character, strength and grit!

SoulSisters is led by women for women. Using an innovative and fresh approach, our b/spoke programme is a tailored cycling and personal development programme where we empower women through cycling. The aim is to bring women together from all walks of life through activities such as group rides, road safety, mechanical training and social evenings.
SoulSisters might hit a trail on a mountain bike or go out for a wee jolly on a relaxing SoulRide and then take it easy in our SoulLounge. Getting healthier while meeting new people and having fun in a comfortable environment is what it’s all about.
